Our serviced apartments consist of 2 bedroom flat and 3 bedroom flat.
The 2 bedroom flat goes for a rate of N95,000 per night.
The 3 bedroom (with 4 beds) goes for a rate of N145,000 per night.
The minimum duration is 2 days.
A security/ caution fee of N50,000 is required for deposit, should incase any damage is caused. The amount will be refunded 24 hours after checkout.
